Hot and cold impact test box, also known as high and low temperature impact test box, is a necessary test equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other material industries. It is used to test the degree of endurance of material structures or composite materials in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant, and can detect chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of samples in the shortest time.
The test methods that the thermal shock test chamber meets: GB/T2423.1.2, GB/T10592-2008, GJB150.3 high and low temperature impact test.
The thermal shock test chamber is divided into three-box type and two-box type according to the test requirements and test standards. The difference lies in the test method and internal structure.

The main controller adopts imported Japanese "OYO" double-loop high-precision liquid crystal display touch key temperature controller or Korean "TEMI" controller. The controller adopts LCD touch screen, which can display set parameters, test curve, running time, heater working status, and PID parameter self-tuning function. The preparation of the control program adopts the man-machine dialogue mode, and the automatic operation function of the refrigerator can be realized only by setting the temperature.
The control system has a complete detection device that can automatically display detailed faults. Alarm, configure the communication interface and run the software.
Refrigeration system and compressor: In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, the test chamber adopts a binary cascade air-cooled or water-cooled refrigeration system composed of a set of imported compressors. The compressor adopts the fully enclosed "Taikang" brand compressor imported from France or the semi-hermetic "BITZER" brand compressor imported from Germany.
